Vepa Bins has been a specialist in waste systems for more than 30 years. As a family company started with the sale of waste bins from home, nowadays operating from its own business premises with more than 30,000 m2 of warehouse space. This has made Vepa Bins the largest, most versatile, supplier of waste bins in Europe.

As a family business we are focused on building a strong and long-term relationship with our customers. Your wishes and interests and those of your customers come first. From our distribution center in Den Helder we can usually deliver our extensive range from stock. We do this with our own trucks within the Netherlands and Belgium. For other countries, Vepa Bins works closely with reliable transport partners, so that you receive your orders quickly and correctly.

An extensive range at competitive prices

Vepa Bins has the most extensive range in Europe when it comes to waste bins. Waste systems made of plastic, aluminum or steel for inside or outside. Small waste bins of 1 liter to large systems and containers of 1100 liters. In short, a variety of waste bins suitable for every location!

The breadth of the assortment of waste bins is partly determined by the large number of (A-) brands that are offered. Simplehuman, Rubbermaid, Brabantia, Wesco are a number of these brands. In addition, Vepa Bins also has many "own" products that are made by various production partners, such as (flame-extinguishing) paper bins, outdoor bins, ashtrays and cigarette butts. In many cases these products are produced exclusively for Vepa Bins, in the Netherlands, but also elsewhere in Europe or Asia.

Our "own" brand EKO is increasingly gaining brand awareness. This concerns beautiful design products for domestic use, often very competitively priced. Partly because of this there is often a waste bin available for every budget.

In addition to waste bins, the range has been greatly expanded over the years with a range of products that are essential for every company. From wardrobe systems to mailboxes and from office supplies to cleaning products. As a result, Vepa Bins increasingly acts as a "one-stop shop" for its dealers.

A RELIABLE PARTNER WITH A STRICT DEALER POLICY

Vepa Bins has a strict dealer policy and serves as a reliable partner for its dealers / distributors. The distributors range from wholesalers in cleaning, catering and office supplies to project organizers, retail and e-commerce companies. Partnership is central; both in the relationship with the dealers and with the suppliers. Cooperation with dealers is becoming increasingly important due to the fact that the dealer is getting an ever-wider portfolio of products and simply can no longer know "everything" about the Vepa Bins range. In addition, the end user is becoming increasingly demanding and wants to be well advised. The end user is also increasingly demanding with respect to customization, in particular in the field of waste separation. By seeking cooperation with the dealers and entering into discussions with them with the end user, the right product is selected (whether or not custom-made) with a satisfied customer as a result. Vepa Bins is very selective in entering into new dealer relationships.

Mostly from stock, with own transport

The B2B (catalog) assortment is generally well in stock and can therefore be delivered within 3-5 working days.

For information about the availability / delivery time of larger quantities, please contact our sales department.

Orders to business delivery addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered with our own transport. Because of driving with own cars and drivers, a careful / correct delivery can be guaranteed. The chance of damage during transport is thus minimized. In addition, there is a collaboration with various package services.

Good advice, so that you can provide the end user with the right product, is of the utmost importance to us. For advice you can go to both your representative and the employees of the sales office. The sales department will always handle your order with the utmost care. Your order will always be confirmed on the same (work) day by means of an order confirmation sent to you by e-mail.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, it is the most important task of our customer service to process your complaint and resolve it satisfactorily. Send your complaint with as much information as possible and any photos to: verkoop@vepabins.nl. Your complaint will then be processed as quickly as possible.
