The internal sales department

The office sales department can be reached by e-mail (verkoop@vepabins.nl) and/or by phone (0223-668383). In addition to processing and confirming orders, you can also contact them with all your product questions, questions regarding delivery times, prices, etc .. This department is also responsible for handling complaints and return requests. We strive for a quick and correct settlement of complaints.

Satisfaction of our customers is of course of the utmost importance to us! In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the service offered, you are requested to make this known to your representative, who will then look for a correct solution together with you. You can also submit requests for quotations to the office staff, and in consultation with the representative they will make a suitable (price) proposal.

Product warranty

Naturally, all products supplied by Vepa Bins come with a factory warranty; the term only differs from brand to brand. If you want to claim a warranty, please send an email to: verkoop@vepabins.nl accompanied by:

description of complaint
invoice (date of purchase))
part number
the number of items that the complaint concerns
a number of photos illustrating the complaint

Based on this information, we will try to assess whether the defect is covered by the warranty (production / construction defect) or whether it is perhaps a user error. If it is difficult to assess based on the information you send (photos), we may decide to return the product for review.

In any case we stand for a quick and correct handling of your complaint.
